FACE also provides sensitivity training and health education in the Greater Cincinnati area (including Southwestern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeastern Indiana.

FACE lectures in primary, secondary, and university settings as well as at medical and social service agencies, which deal with HIV/AIDS-infected populations. Lectures are also given in front of political, church, social, and civic groups. The focus of these lectures is to give useful epidemiological information, list resources, and expose to audiences stories of people who are currently HIV+ and/or have HIV/AIDS, and those who have already died from complications from AIDS.
